Coach Rasko Relic

Rasko Relic brings a truly international perspective to Westside Tennis, with coaching experience spanning Europe, Asia, and the United States. Originally from Novi Sad, Serbia, Rasko developed a strong competitive foundation as a junior player before transitioning into coaching and working with players of all ages and skill levels—from beginners learning the game to high-performance junior competitors. 

Known for his positive energy and strong technical knowledge, Rasko focuses on helping players build solid fundamentals, confidence, and consistency while keeping the learning environment engaging and enjoyable.


International & USA Coaching Experience

Rasko has coached at some of the most respected clubs and academies around the world, working with a diverse range of players and training systems.

His international coaching background includes positions at:

  • Cumberland Lawn Tennis Club – London, England

  • Weil Tennis Academy – Ojai, California

  • La Sella Tennis Club – Costa Blanca, Spain

  • Yeroskipou Tennis Academy – Cyprus

  • Australasia Tennis Aces – Hong Kong

  • Harrow International School – Hong Kong (Assistant Head Coach)

  • Hong Kong Football Club – Assistant Coach

  • Tennis Asia – Parkview Club, Hong Kong

  • Advantage School of Tennis – Singapore

  • Tanglin Trust School – Singapore (U16 Boys Team Coach)

During his time at Cumberland Lawn Tennis Club in London, Rasko served as a hitting partner for ATP professional George Bastl and also worked with British professional Harriet Dart, now a WTA player and Wimbledon Mixed Doubles finalist. 

He has also coached elite junior players at the renowned Weil Tennis Academy in California, one of the top junior development academies in the United States.


Competitive Playing Background

Rasko competed at a high level throughout his junior career in Europe and achieved notable national and international rankings.

Highlights include:

  • No. 11 in Yugoslavia – U10

  • No. 9 in Yugoslavia – U12

  • No. 14 in Yugoslavia – U14

  • No. 42 in Europe – U14

  • Quarterfinalist – National Championships U18 

His competitive background gives him valuable insight into player development and the pathway from junior tennis to high-level competition.
